and we have other associates with whom we work. We provide business and organisational learning tools, undertake
change facilitation projects, coach and mentor in management, innovation,

We have developed a ground breaking
series of capabilty development workshops Leading
Projects and Innovation in Your Organisation that we piloted in partnership
with The Auckland University of Technology (AUT).
These short courses are now being delivered by us nationally in
Auckland, Wellington, and on demand in New Plymouth, Rotorua,Christchurch
and Dunedin, or as customised In-house learning programmes.
In late 2001 Peter worked with
the people of Te Whaiti Nui-a-Toi to publish "The Tipu Ake lifecycle -
a Transformation Model for Innovative Organisations", inspired by their timeless Maori wisdom and the processes they used
to turn around their failing community school. This model is now in the public domain where other organizations
can use it to help emulate the school and grow their own place in the

Living System Thinking - A two day workshop that looks to nature to discover how it handles complexity, uncertainty, ambiquity, chaos and interconectlness, then re-evalutes our traditional project and other management tools to apply them in a collaborative way that gives them a whole new relevence in the knowledge economy.
PM++ A four day hands-on Project
Management workshop for those involved in leading projects that involve
considerable organisational and cultural change.
QM++ A workshop on Process and Quality Management,
for people in Operations Management roles. We take you on a case study journey that starts
with a customer product complaint that on investigation, leads through
a whole range of quality and business tools resulting in new way of doing
