This workshop met my goal - Building on the previous (PMSkills) workshop, learning more about Tipu Ake and finding more gold nuggets to use in my project management role. I really enjoyed the structure and process of the workshop. Thanks Peter, this approach to PM is very easily applied and has given me a greater understanding of behaviours vs process / structure.
