PM / LST Application Days / Mentoring.This is an additional one day slot left free directly after most Collaborative Project Skills or Living Systems Thinking workshops so people coming from out of town can stay for additional mentoring and support on their own projects. In some cases it gives those that need additional time to become familiar with using MS Project in their project environment or those looking at their project planning in more detail. For In-house workshops it may be needed to allow some or all of the group to practice the techniques learnt on one of their own projects. This is not normally a formal workshop but rather a time when the facilitator sits mainly in the background, watches and reflects on activity. For Auckland participants these sessions can be run at any day when the facilitator is free in any convenient local location. For Wellington workshops the day must be prebooked as travel and accomodation is involved.
